IAAIS Member Program Share Site
Download Usage Agreement

As an authorized representative of a member service of the International Association of Audio Information Services (IAAIS), I understand that, by my obtaining a password to download programs from the IAAIS Program Share Site, my Audio Information Service agrees to the following conditions:

1. Access to the IAAIS Program Share Site is an exclusive IAAIS membership benefit offering member Audio Information Services the privilege of adding additional programming to the content produced by their Service.

2. Contributed programs remain the property of the Service that produced them.

3. The IAAIS Program Share Site functions only as a transfer vehicle. The IAAIS is not responsible for program content or quality.

4. Programming downloaded from the IAAIS Program Share Site is not intended to be used as the primary source of programs.

5. An audio information service that intends to download a particular program or series of programs from the Program Share Site, and that shares a listening area with the Audio Information Service that produced the original program, must obtain written permission to use the program from the contributing producer before downloading it. (Web streaming is not considered relevant in this context.)

6. Audio Information Services that download from the Program Share Site, and have a website, must display a link to the IAAIS website with the tag: “Some [Your service’s name] programming is made available courtesy of the IAAIS Program Share”.

7. Programming downloaded from the IAAIS Program Share Site must be presented in its entirety and may not be edited.

8. A program(s) downloaded from the IAAIS Program Share Site may only be utilized by the downloading Service for fund raising or promotional activites with express permission from the Service that produced the program(s).

9. Programming downloaded from the IAAIS Program Share Site may not be redistributed to other services, or copied for private use without written permission of the contributing Audio Information Service.

10. The downloading Service indemnifies and holds harmless IAAIS from any liability, or judgment resulting from improper or illegal use of downloaded program material.

11. If a participating Audio Information Service does not comply with the conditions set forth herein, and/or it ceases to be a member of IAAIS, access to the IAAIS Program Share Site by that Audio Information Service will be terminated.
